Hi I'm Lindsey, the Autumn Coach.
As a busy mum of two energetic boys, I understand the whirlwind of parenthood and the ever-changing seasons of life. In my life coaching sessions, I offer support and guidance to midlife individuals seeking balance, clarity, and fulfilment amidst life's changes.
With a background in sales and matchmaking, I'm passionate about building relationships and helping others to unlock their potential whilst navigating their own personal seasons of change.
When I'm not coaching you’ll find me playing cricket, singing or indulging my love of travel.
Autumn has always been my favourite season, representing change, shedding the old and embracing the next phase of life. A time to slow down and appreciate the beautiful colours.
How I can help
Life can present various challenges, and navigating them alone can feel overwhelming.
Whether you're struggling with finding the right balance between work and personal life, experiencing difficulties in your dating and relationships, facing the physical and emotional changes of menopause or finding yourself stuck in a cycle of procrastination, I'm here to offer support.
In my coaching sessions, I provide a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly discuss your challenges and explore some positive outcomes.
I offer hour-long walking coaching sessions in the green spaces of Waltham Forest and Central London (Zone 1), allowing us to engage in productive conversations while enjoying the benefits of physical activity and nature.
I also offer face-to-face and online sessions.
Together, we'll work towards understanding the root causes of your challenges and develop personalised strategies to overcome them. Whether it's setting boundaries, improving communication skills, exploring coping mechanisms, or implementing effective time management techniques, I'll be by your side every step of the way.

The first step would be a FREE 20 minute Discovery Call.
This gives us an opportunity to get to know a bit more about each other before booking some coaching sessions. The minimum commitment is 3 sessions.
